Allow me to use this Analogy. 

What parts of training and strategy does an Olympic swimmer rely on to achieve his/her goals? The answer is all of them, but the strategic part is recognizing which parts add more value. 

Common sense is knowing proper training schedules, diets, and conditioning. The Strategy is managing all the components to work together all look forward to any obstacles that could slow you down. An Olympic swimmer will use strategy to go as far as shaving their body hair to gain that little bit of time. An Internet Marketing Strategist will go as far as researching one keyword and placing it in the spot of your Homepage that makes a difference.    

The list I have created (click here to view the Strategy list) has numerous items. Each one has its own importance that is unique for your website. If I notice your website is strong in backlinks and citations, but needs keyword content then that's my strategy I'll use to enhance your website. That's the beauty of my process that I will create an unique package for each client. 

At the end of the day that Olympic swimmer recognizes that all things being equal, one small advantage he/she has over the rest could mean silver to gold. For you, it could mean getting off page six and finally landing somewhere on page one or the top! Anything worth doing takes both time and effort. Nothing worthwhile happens easily overnight. If it did everyone would do it. Since you know that don't be discouraged by the fallbacks, and the pains that come with it. Look at it as an encouragement that you have taken the responsibility for your business and yourself, knowing you will leave the other swimmers behind.
